The 25th Annual Women in Aviation International Conference included “Bring Your Daughters to the Conference Day,” in which girls ages 10-17 were exposed to various careers in aviation. Machinists from the Puget Sound area of Washington State attended along with other IAM members, hoping to inspire young women to pursue career paths on the ground, in the air and in space.
