May 20 Marks Primary Election Day in Six States

Voters in Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Idaho, Pennsylvania and Oregon are getting primary election season started today, May 20th.

If you live in one of these states, make the time to vote. Tuesday’s primaries will shape critical 2014 contests for working families across the U.S.

Arkansas, Georgia and Kentucky are battleground states for Democrats trying to keep a majority in the Senate.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is defending his seat against Tea Party opponent Matt Bevin.
