IAM District 837 in Hazelwood, Missouri brought 40 new members into the IAM through an organizing victory at VSE Corporation in Hamel, Illinois. Workers there voted by an overwhelming majority and will become members of Local Lodge 837B of District 837.
Our new members work for an employer that falls under the Service Contract Act as VSE Corporation works on military vehicles and equipment.
“We are very proud of our new members for sticking together in the effort to organize their workplace and gain the benefits of an IAM contract,” said IAM Midwest Territory GVP Philip J.
