National Contract Arbitration Date Set

October 28, 2002…The Arbitration hearing on the national Carmen and Clerical contracts will be held the week of January 20, 2003 in Washington, D.C.

TCU had hoped to have the hearing sooner, but the need for the parties to have sufficient time to prepare written briefs and oral presentations combined with the schedule dictates of the arbitrator resulted in January 20 being the first available week.

Further details about the arbitration are still being worked out and will be posted on this web site as they become available.
