New Video Highlights Annual Guide Dogs of America Events


Guide Dogs of America was founded by a blind IAM member and provides guide dogs and instruction in their use, free of charge, to those who are blind or visually impaired.

More than 1,400 people took part in the Guide Dogs of America (GDA) 34th annual William W. Winpisinger Charity Banquet, golf tournament, Hawgs for Dogs motorcycle ride and sporting clay event in Las Vegas as shown in a new video.

The week’s events combined to raise up to 25 percent of GDA’s annual budget.

Guide Dogs of America was founded by a blind IAM member and provides guide dogs and instruction in their use, free of charge, to those who are blind or visually impaired. It costs more than $42,000 to train a guide dog and provide instruction for the guide dog user.
