NLRB Issues Charge Against Mercedes-Benz

The National Labor Relations Board charge that the IAM filed on behalf on MBUSI workers earlier this year has merit. On the eve of this Holiday to honor Labor, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Region 10 has issued a formal complaint against Mercedes-Benz for an alleged violation of the National Labor Relations Act.
The NLRB process to protect the rights of workers during this organizing drive is working. MBUSI will no longer be able to bully the workers at this facility.
The Right to Organize is Protected!
A hearing will be set before an Administrative Law Judge and the NLRB Attorney. IAM Representatives will be the Advocate for the workers. MBUSI will have to defend the charges.
