May 21 is the deadline to register for the first-ever AFL-CIO Young Workers Summit set for June 10-13 in Washington, D.C. The Summit is part of a major union outreach effort and follows a series of forums organized by AFL-CIO Secretary-Treasurer Liz Shuler to hear the concerns and goals of today’s young workers.
Workshops and other programs at the summit will reflect the input of young workers across the country who identified key issues facing their generation.
Registration forms and information about the summit are available here: http://www.aflcio.org/aboutus/youthsummit/
