September 7, 2007 —Unit 320 International Representative Leonard Bauman of North Little Rock, Arkansas, has been elected Chairman of the Carmen Division Executive Board. In that capacity he also now serves as a Grand Lodge Trustee.
The appointment was made to fill the vacancy left by the retirement of J. V. Waller at the end of August.
Bauman started his rail career with the Missouri Pacific and joined what today is Lodge 6114 in 1964. He has served in numerous lodge and Joint Protective Board 320 offices, including holding the position of General Chairman from 1989 through early 2007 when he became the IR for Unit 320.
