In letters to the National Mediation Board (NMB) three crafts on TCU have invoked mediation to settle the ongoing labor dispute with New
Jersey Transit.
This invocation constitutes further efforts on the part of TCU to settle an existing dispute between New Jersey Transit and the three crafts of TCU/IAM, which are unable to settle disputes with New Jersey Transit.
