DL 142 last week announced that British Airways membership convincingly ratified two contracts covering over 600 Customer Service and Engineering Workers at the carrier.
The four-year accords run through November, 2023 and provide wage increases, retain all US work and create job opportunities for future IAM members.
“The improvements achieved in these contacts are a direct result of a strong Negotiating Committee and the solidarity and patience of the membership,” said General Vice President Sito Pantoja. “I applaud the Negotiating Committee, as well as the guidance provided by DL 142 President Dave Supplee.”
“Our members can be proud of the provisions these contracts afford them,” said DL 142 President and Directing General Chairman Dave Supplee. “Our team fought for all workers and, as a result, retained all work while firmly securing a future for our members at the carrier.”
