IAM Reaches Tentative Agreement for Over 500 Members at PSA Airlines

The IAM has reached a tentative agreement for approximately 530 mechanic and related members at PSA Airlines.

The five-year tentative agreement includes:

• A 23.81% average wage increase on date of ratification
• Flexible hiring rates with protection for current employees
• Additional increases for topped out employees
• Signing bonus of 8 percent of individual gross with a minimun  of $1500
• Increase to 401(k) match at 20 years of service
• Increases in all years

“IAM District 142 and our negotiating committee have worked tirelessly in pursuit of this strong tentative agreement,” said IAM Air Transport Territory General Vice President Richie Johnsen. “Our hardworking members at PSA Airlines deserve to be compensated at competitive industry wages and license premiums, and this tentative agreement delivers.”

Additional details and a ratification vote schedule will be released to members next week.
