Tom Dwyer Appointed to Attend White House Conference on Aging TCU retired member Tom Dwyer has been selected by Senator Mark Dayton (D-MN) to attend the White House Conference on Aging. The White House Conference on Aging occurs once every ten years. It makes aging policy recommendations to the President and the Congress for promoting dignity, health, independence and economic security of current and future generations of older persons. Tom, who is a member of TCU District 593, will attend the meeting in Washington, D.C. on October 23-26, 2005. He will be one of approximately 1200 delegates selected to attend this conference. |
