“The Biden-Harris Plan to Fight for Workers by Delivering on Buy American and Make it in America is a comprehensive, effective and achievable plan to curtail the offshoring that has left hundreds of thousands of U.S. workers unemployed. This plan will work to brings jobs home, succeeding where the Trump administration has so badly failed.
“Its focus on ending corporate tax breaks that provide incentives for businesses to offshore work would make ‘Buy American’ really mean buying American goods and products. The plan’s tax credits to renovate existing manufacturing plants is a breath of fresh air after almost four years of an administration that keeps breaking its promises to U.S. workers.”
