IAM District Lodge 4 of the Eastern Territory is always looking for ways to raise money for Guide Dogs of America and Tender Loving Canines through golf tournaments, lobster and gun raffles, motorcycle rides and now a motorcycle raffle.
IAM District Lodge 4 purchased from an IAM member a 2015 Harley Davidson, Dyna Street Bob, 1690cc Twin Cam 103. The District Lodge then contacted Counts Kustoms of Las Vegas, NV, to ask if they would be willing to work on the bike with a Guide Dogs theme. When Counts Kustoms heard about the charity’s mission, they were all in!
IAM District Lodge 4 made an additional investment of $25,000 for the upgrade of the bike with Counts Kustoms and arranged for another $5,000 in additional upgrades. The District Lodge has invested approximately $43,000.00 into the project, including the purchase of the bike, investments shipping and insurance.
The bike had a total facelift with an incredible new paint job done by Ryan Evans. The upgrades include but are not limited to front fairing, front fender, rims, wheels, bars, grips exhaust, seat, legend suspension system, headlight and turn signals.
The District Lodge is selling 5,000 raffle tickets at $20.00/ticket to be raffled on June 30, 2023. The grand prize will be drawn live at 1 p.m. on Facebook.com/Unionist1/
