The mission of the BSPRA is to provide for the reestablishment of safe, reliable, and sustainable passenger rail service across southern Montana, which will increase opportunity and contribute to the health and well-being of people across the state and beyond. Labor representation is critical as the BSPRA’s work to strengthen and expand passenger rail service across the region proceeds.
The AFL-CIO’s partnership in BSPRA’s workforce development initiative will prove key as they build the rail workforce of the 21st century, and their efforts to bring rail-related manufacturing to the state of Montana.
