Human Rights Seminar Rescheduled for April

The IAM Human Rights Seminar originally scheduled for February 28 – March 5, 2010, will now be held April 11-16, 2010, at the William W. Winpisinger Education and Technology Center in Hollywood, MD.
Participants currently enrolled in the February class will be re-enrolled in the April class by the Winpisinger Center and do not need to resubmit registration forms. Lodges who haven’t sent in enrollments for the class should use the new registration form (click here for the form) and return them to the Winpisinger Center by February 4, 2010.
Training will include guidance in establishing lodge Human Rights Committees and making existing Committees more effective. The curriculum for this basic class was designed to provide a greater understanding of human rights issues and to promote invaluable discussion among the participants.
