Enroll Now for EAP-I & Community Services Training Classes

The IAM Retirees, Community & Membership Services Department has announced that its Employee Assistance Professional-I (EAP-I) program will be held April 3-8, 2011, at the William W. Winpisinger Education & Technology Center in Hollywood, MD.

This class is for members interested in learning how to help fellow members who are facing life issues such as drug and/or alcohol abuse, debt problems and mental health concerns. The deadline for enrolling in this program is January 21, 2011.

Lodges interested in participating are urged to register as soon as possible by completing and returning the “Participation Registration Form.” Click here to download and print the EAP-I registration form, call letter and information & instruction sheet.

Also, although the deadline has passed, there are a limited number of spaces left for those interested in the Community Services Training Session scheduled for March 27-April 1, 2011, at the William W. Winpisinger Education & Technology Center.

This class is for members interested in learning how best to serve their community – especially when dealing with unemployed workers.
