The 25th Annual Women in Aviation Conference in Orlando, FL, recently brought together female IAM members from around the country to connect with other women in the aerospace industry.
One of the highlights was “Bring Your Daughters to the Conference Day,” in which girls ages 10 to 17 were exposed to various aviation careers.

“I love meeting strong, empowered women and I wish I could meet more Machinists that are working on the airplanes every day,” said Jessica Clark of IAM Local 751-A in Seattle.
