IAM International President Bob Martinez announced he has appointed Melissa Campbell as the Western Territory Education Representative. The appointment was effective February 1.
Campbell, a 28-year member of Sky Harbor Lodge 2559 in Phoenix, has served in many capacities, including Local Trustee, Recording Secretary, Communicator, Educator, Vice President and President.
“We are excited to welcome Sister Campbell to the Western Territory Staff,” said Western Territory General Vice President Gary Allen. “Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Territory and we look forward to working with her to grow our great union.”
Campbell has also been extremely active with the Arizona State Council of Machinists, serving as a delegate in such positions as Auditor, Trustee, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer and President.
