The IAM Department of Rapid Response and Mobilization serves as the unified command for our most critical moments, delivering the speed, strategy and coordination needed to protect and advance members’ interests when it matters most.
The Rapid Response and Mobilization Department will develop escalating campaign strategies, including rallies, actions, media outreach/events, and legislative mobilization work across IAM departments and territories to build and deploy the member activation infrastructure to quickly and effectively mobilize IAM members.
Our mission is to ensure that IAM members are organized, activated, and ready to act whenever any issues demand an immediate response.
