U.S. Military Veterans

The Continental Congress resolved on November 10th, 1775, that Major Samuel Nicholas form two battalions of marines which would be “distinguished by the names of the first and second battalions of American Marines”.  Thus, the United States Marine Corps was born, initially called the Continental Marines. The IAM Veteran Services Program recently reported how it has helped IAM members who are U.S. military veterans get the benefits they deserve. The IAM Veterans Services Program has now surpassed $1 million in back pay for our IAM military veterans since the inception of the program. Share and Follow:
