Last week Young Workers from all over the United States came together to collaborate and learn. There were discussions on how to form a committee, how to deal with conflict, and how to grow the union. We had special guests from the TCU/IAM job corp students program who networked with the members and learned the importance of having a union. We ended the fun filled week with attending a live taping of Machinists Activate at IAM Headquarters in Upper Marlboro, MD.
