Registration for the 55th International Convention of the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists (CBTU) is open to IAM members. The convention will be held at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, located at 265 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30303.
The CBTU Convention brings together trade unionists from across the country to address critical labor issues. During the 2025 CBTU Convention, IAM members attended workshops on organizing, conflict resolution, leadership development, building power, and sharing strategies to strengthen our union and the broader labor movement.
A CBTU group room rate of $185 per night, plus applicable taxes, is available at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. The hotel reservation cutoff date is April 24, 2026. A one-night credit card deposit is required at the time of booking and is refundable if cancelled by April 15, 2026. After the cutoff date, reservations will be accepted based on availability and subject to the hotel’s prevailing rate.
