Join the Young Workers March on Washington – February 7

The IAM Union is calling on members and allies to stand up for the next generation of working people at the Young Workers March on Washington on Saturday, Feb. 7 in Washington, D.C.

On this day, the IAM will join labor unions and worker advocacy organizations from across the country to demand an America that works for workers and to ensure young workers have the same opportunities their parents had.

Young workers today are facing multiple, overlapping crises, including:

  • An affordability crisis
  • A housing crisis
  • A healthcare crisis
  • A childcare crisis
  • A growing student debt crisis

These challenges threaten the future of work and the stability of our communities. That’s why young workers and unions are coming together to demand action, fairness, and real solutions.

Event Details
March begins at 11 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill (400 New Jersey Ave., NW)
Rally begins at 12 p.m. at the U.S. Capitol Building

Join the IAM on Saturday, Feb. 7 and make your voice heard for good jobs, economic security, and a future where working families can thrive.
