The IAM Collective Bargaining Department will hold its “Metal Trades Training Program” May 2-7, 2010 at the William W. Winpisinger Education & Technology Center in Southern Maryland.
This Program is being offered to all IAM Locals and Districts affiliated with Metal and Atomic Trades Councils. All potential participants must have prior approval from their District or Local Lodge President.
These classes will cover subjects that can be used by representatives to enhance and strengthen the skills of strategic planning, decision making and leadership. It is also set up to help representatives deal with Jurisdictional Dispute Resolution and learn more about the Metal Trades Department/Metal Trades Council By-Laws, Constitution and communications.
