Friday, April 25, 2014 is the deadline to complete and return enrollment forms for the Federal Employees’ Collective Bargaining class from June 22 to 27 at the William W. Winpisinger (WWW) Education and Technology Center in Hollywood, MD.
The program will focus on areas such as negotiating ground rules, contract bargaining, mid-term bargaining, collective bargaining and the Federal Labor Relations Act (FLRA), negotiability appeals, impasse procedures with the Federal Service Impasses Panel (FSIP), and preparing the local lodge for negotiations. A one-day simulation of the collective bargaining process will also be included.
