Secretary-Treasurer
Earl Bosher first assumed the post of Secretary-Treasurer effective May 1, 1998 and was returned to office by acclamation at the 1999 Convention. Elected an International Vice President in 1983, he was re-elected at the 1987, 1991 and 1995 Conventions. He began his rail career in 1958 with the Seaboard Airline Railroad. After being elected Local Chairman of Lodge 441, Earl was voted Vice General Chairman of the SCL/L&N System Board. In 1975 he was elected General Chairman. Elected a Grand Lodge Trustee in 1981, Earl served until his 1983 election as International Vice President.
