International Secretary Treasurer Howard Randolph was elected to the position of Secretary-Treasurer on August 20, 2003. Prior to this he was elected International Vice President in 1993 and returned to office by acclamation at the 1995 and 1999 Conventions. Randy also served as the Union’s National Legislative Director. He began his rail career with the New York Central in 1964, joining Lodge 725. He went on to be elected Local Chairman of 1097 and was elected Vice General Chairman of System Board 86 in 1982. Two years later Randy became Executive Vice General Chairman, and in 1987 was elected General Chairman. He was elected a TCU Trustee at the 1991 Convention and served until his 1993 election as an IVP.
