IVP Carl Brockett



International Vice President
Carl Brockett was first elected an International Vice President at the 1991 San Francisco Convention and was returned to office by acclamation in 1995 and 1999. He started out as a truck driver with REA Express in 1964 and later shifted to the L&N in Nashville, Tennessee, joining Lodge 228. After serving as Local Chairman of that Lodge, Carl became Assistant General Chairman of CSX System Board 3 and was voted General Chairman of that Board in 1985, the post he held until his 1991 election.
