Benefits such as mortgage assistance loans and strike assistance grants are available for qualified TCU/IAM members in need of financial support. Members and their family members can also save money with a full range of financing options; including yourFirstMortgage, a low down payment option with the opportunity to earn a lower interest rate through homebuyer education for both first and repeat homebuyers. Qualified members may also be eligible to receive a $500 My Mortgage Gift award from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage after closing on a home purchase, or a $300 My Mortgage Gift award after refinancing.
