IVP Joe Condo

International Vice President Joe Condo was first elected an International Vice President in 1991 and was re-elected by acclamation at the 1995 and 1999 Conventions. He began with TCU’s Manpower Training Department in 1971, joining Lodge 56. He served as a District Chairman in the Allied Services Division. Joe was elected ASD General Secretary-Treasurer, also
