February 21, 2006 – President Bush on Monday made his way to a solar panel factory in Michigan – a state that has been pounded by a loss of manufacturing jobs.
Both Democratic and Republican leaders within the state have grown increasingly frustrated with the Bush administration’s failure to combat unfair trade practices by China, South Korea and other global competitors.
