The registration deadline has been extended to May 3 for the Federal Employees Collective Bargaining Program to be held June 21-26, 2015 at the William W. Winpisinger Education and Technology Center in Hollywood, MD.
The Federal Workers Collective Bargaining program focuses on negotiating ground rules; contract bargaining, mid-term bargaining, collective bargaining and the new FLRA law, negotiability appeals, impasse procedures with FSIP and preparing local lodges for negotiations. The class also includes a one-day bargaining simulation.
