District Lodge 1 Scores A Big Win

District Lodge 1 made history yesterday by registering a major organizing victory at Tobyhanna Army Depot. 330 
employees working for Defense Support Services, LLC (DS2) voted overwhelmingly to join the Machinists Union.
District Lodge 1 Director Danny Chmelko was quoted as saying “This is a fine example of teamwork and what dedicated people can do”.
Let’s welcome our new Brothers and Sisters into the Machinist family. We are proud for them to join in our fine tradition as Trade Unionists.
