Three 1st agreements were negotiated on November 22, 2006 at the Cincinnati Automotive Dealership, Colerain Ford. The three separate agreements for the Technicians, Service, and Parts Department employees, make Colerain Ford the first Unionized Automotive Dealership in the Cincinnati area.
