Thirty-five shop stewards from IAM Local Lodge 778 in Missouri traveled to the William W. Winpisinger Education & Technology Center in Maryland for formal training, so they’ll be better able to serve members at ATK Lake City. All who took part in the planning program say they appreciate the importance of knowing and standing up for the rights of all members, especially during the grievance process.
