Springtime marks the beginning of the year’s largest home purchasing season. With that in mind,TCU would like to remind our members about the many unique benefits available through the Union Plus Mortgage Program.
Active and retired union members in good standing, as well as their parents and children, are eligible to participate in the Union Plus Mortgage program. Qualifying participants may take advantage of a wide range of financing options, educational programs and knowledgeable mortgage professionals available to them every step of the way.
With financing available through Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, the program can help a member purchase a home, or refinance, while also receiving special benefits by virtue of his/her union membership. For qualifying participants, exclusive benefits include a $500 My Mortgage Gift award from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and, from Union Plus, mortgage assistance during times of unemployment, disability, a lockout or strike, plus the opportunity to earn a $500 First-Time Home Award.
