    National Agreement Ratified

    By an overwhelming vote TCU Carmen and Clerks have ratified the National Agreement. Carmen voting 78.85% in favor. Clerks voting 93.92% in favor. “ A solid vote of confidence by the membership in this overwhelming vote to approve the Agreement.     As America awaits a long-overdue infrastructure plan from President Trump, one opinion writer highlighted a few of America’s greatest infrastructure needs on CNN.
