Welcome to the IAMAW Retirees and Membership Assistance Department
Our department programs consist of an organization-wide network of “IAM Member-Exclusive” benefits and services.
The IAM continues to develop and refine program operations that provide resources and classes to include; Retirees, Employee Assistance Program/ Addiction Services, Disaster Relief, Community Services, Young Workers, and Veteran Services. All of these combined with our commitments; “Justice on the Job and Service in the Community”, assure IAM members have access to services both in the workplace and at home.
