Dear IAM Union Family,
As we close out another year, I want to wish every IAM Union member and their families a joyful, safe, and meaningful holiday season. This is a special time – a moment to pause, to reflect, and to appreciate the people who make a difference in our lives.
IAM Union members make the holidays happen – and your union couldn’t be prouder of the work you do.
The IAM Union represents members across so many industries that keep our world moving. From our airports and railroads to the shops, facilities, and worksites that millions rely on every day, your talent and dedication keep this country running, even as others head home to celebrate. I see the sacrifice, the long hours, and the pride you take in your craft. It doesn’t go unnoticed.
The holidays also remind us that our union is more than contracts and negotiations – it’s a family. It’s the way we show up for one another, lift each other, and make sure no member stands alone. That spirit of solidarity is what makes the IAM Union strong, and it’s what gives me hope for the year ahead.
Thank you for everything you do, not just for our union, but for your communities and for working people everywhere. We are grateful for each and every one of you.
