$56,355.18 Award For District Lodge 26

District Lodge 26 Local 743 member Frank Thomas was terminated on December 5, 2005 by the Hamilton Sundstrand- United Technologies Corp. located in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. District 26 Assistant Directing Business Representative James Parent processed the grievance through arbitration.

I am proud to report that Brother Thomas has been reinstated and made whole with full back pay and overtime totaling $56,355.18.On behalf of the Eastern Territory and its members I extend our congratulations to District Lodge 26 Assistant Directing  Business Representative James Parent, Shop Committee Tony Walter and Victor Ghidoni, Local 743 President Mark Hebert and Brother Frank Thomas.
