International Vice President Danny Biggs was elected International Vice President August 20, 2003, to be effective January 1, 2004. He began his rail career with Amtrak in 1975, joining Lodge 1909 in San Francisco, CA. He served as Assistant District Chairman and District Chairman before becoming Assistant to the General Chairman of System Division 250, and then Vice General Chairman in 1984. In 1987, Dan was elected General Secretary-Treasurer/VGC of the System Division. In 1991 he was elected General Chairman. He served on TCU’s Board of Trustees since 1998 until his election as an IVP.
