    Machinists Union Reaches Tentative Agreement at Southwest Airlines

    The IAM is pleased to report that it has reached a strong new tentative agreement at Southwest Airlines for approximately 7,000 IAM-represented Customer Service Employees (Customer Representatives, Customer Service Agents, Source of Support Representatives). The IAM negotiating committee is working diligently to finalize the tentative agreement language. Additional information and materials will be forthcoming.
