Despite COVID-19 and logistics associated with the pandemic, the IAM Organizing Department has won a campaign for 47 medical professionals at the Overton Brooks Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Monroe, LA. The group includes doctors, nurses, dentists, podiatrists, physical therapists, lab technicians, social workers, and dieticians, who now look forward to the benefits and security of a union contract.
