IVP Jim Quilty


International Vice President
Jim Quilty began his first term as an International Vice President on January 1, 2000, after serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees since early 1998. Jim began working for the Union Pacific in 1967 in Kansas City, Kansas, where he joined Lodge 1489. Starting out as a member of the Protective Committee, he was elected Local Chairman in 1979 until 1982 when he became Vice General Chairman of System Board 106. He served in that position until 1992 when he was elected General Chairman, the office he held until becoming IVP.
